Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The role involves overseeing production operations, improving processes, and ensuring quality and efficiency in every stage of fabrication and assembly.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
- Supervise and guide production teams for smooth workflow and resource utilization.
- Analyze bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Design teams for process troubleshooting.
- Maintain production records and prepare performance reports.
- Support new product trials, tooling, and process standardization.
- Ensure adherence to safety, ISO/IS standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, panel manufacturing, or similar industries.
- Freshers welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, process planning, and manpower management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
