Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Technical Trainer who can mentor candidates and help them prepare for IT career opportunities in the US market. The candidate will be responsible for conducting live technical training sessions, providing interview preparation, conducting mock interviews, and guiding candidates throughout their job search journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live technical training sessions for candidates.
- Explain real-world project concepts and industry practices.
- Prepare candidates for technical interviews.
- Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Review candidate strengths and areas of improvement.
- Conduct resume understanding and technical profile walkthrough sessions.
- Resolve technical doubts and provide guidance.
- Create training materials, assignments, and learning resources.
- Track and evaluate candidate progress.
- Stay updated with current technology trends and US hiring requirements.
- Mentor candidates to improve their technical and interview skills.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of one or more IT technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in technical mentoring and interview preparation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- Good understanding of real-time project environments.

Qualification

Pay: ₹9,954.76 - ₹42,287.18 per month
