Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), or Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP). The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and supporting project activities related to water and wastewater treatment systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, execution, and commissioning of STP/WTP/ETP projects.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, P&IDs, and layouts.
- Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Support installation, testing, and troubleshooting of treatment systems and equipment.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks during project execution.
- Assist in client communication and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Environmental Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in STP/WTP/ETP projects.
- Basic understanding of water and wastewater treatment processes.
- Familiarity with pumps, blowers, piping systems, and treatment units.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
