Jet Travels, a trusted travel company with over 47 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, is looking for an experienced Holidays Consultant to join our team in Palakkad. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling domestic and international holiday packages from inquiry to booking.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle holiday package inquiries and convert them into bookings.
- Create customized domestic and international itineraries.
- Prepare quotations and travel proposals.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and overseas partners.
- Assist customers with visa requirements, travel insurance, and travel documentation.
- Manage bookings, amendments, and post-sales support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in holiday package sales or travel consulting.
- Ability to work independently and manage holidays end-to-end.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
