Key Responsibilities
- Prepare proposal drawings, GA drawings, conceptual layouts, and presentation drawings for PEB projects.
- Develop 2D and 3D models for commercial, industrial, warehouse, factory, institutional, and government projects.
- Create high-quality 3D views, walkthroughs, and rendered images for client presentations and tender submissions.
- Prepare architectural sheeting, elevations, sections, floor plans, and façade concepts.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Estimation, and Design teams to develop project-specific proposals.
- Modify and update drawings as per client requirements and management inputs.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and company design guidelines.
- Support tendering and business development teams with technical presentations and proposal documentation.
- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project files.

- Knowledge of PEB Structures, Industrial Buildings, Warehouses, Commercial Buildings, and Infrastructure Projects
- Good understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
- Ability to prepare professional proposal and presentation drawings.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or related discipline.
Experience
- 3–8 Years of relevant experience in PEB, Steel Structures, Industrial Buildings, or Construction Industry.
- Experience in preparing proposal drawings and 3D visualizations for commercial, industrial, and government projects will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Experience in PEB proposal engineering and conceptual design.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
