We are seeking a Mid-level Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant specializing in Core HR to join our offshore delivery team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Core HR modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This role involves working closely with onshore functional leads and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality HCM solutions and ensure smooth HR operations.

Configure and manage Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR modules, including workforce structures, employment models, and person management.

Perform setups for Enterprise structures, Legal entities, Business units, Jobs, Positions, Grades, and Departments.

Support data loads and validations using HDL, HSDL, and spreadsheets.

Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and conversions related to Core HR.

Assist with testing cycles — including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

Troubleshoot functional issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Support security configuration, role-based access control, and user provisioning in Fusion HCM.

Prepare functional design documents (FDs) and configuration workbooks.

Collaborate with global teams and provide production support during hypercare and stabilization phases.
Stay current with Oracle’s quarterly updates (Release 24D/25A, etc.) and assess impacts on Core HR processes.

4–7 years of total experience with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion HCM – Core HR.

Strong understanding of HCM concepts: enterprise structure, employment lifecycle, worker types, and person data model.

Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL).

Familiarity with Fast Formulas, Workforce Structures, and Approval Workflows (BPM).

Familiarity with Absence Management, OTL, or Payroll is an added advantage.

Experience working in offshore delivery models with distributed teams.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Oracle Fusion HCM certification preferred but not mandatory.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any equivalent.

MBA in HR or equivalent.

Exposure to Core HR integrations (Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs).

Knowledge of HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, or OTBI reports.

Experience supporting multiple Fusion environments (DEV, TEST, PROD).

Familiarity with security console and custom role creation.

Work with a global Oracle partner on end-to-end HCM transformation projects.
