Job Summary
The Liaisoning Head will be responsible for obtaining and managing all approvals, permissions, and compliances related to Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) or MCGM projects. The role requires extensive experience in dealing with SRA authorities, municipal departments, government agencies, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of redevelopment projects.
Key Responsibilities SRA/MCGM Approvals & Compliance
- Handle end-to-end approval processes for SRA redevelopment or BMC projects.
- Coordinate with SRA/BMC officials for LOI, Annexures, IOA, CC, OC, amendments, and other statutory approvals.
- Ensure compliance with all SRA/MCGM regulations, DCPR provisions, and government policies.
Government Liaisoning
- Maintain effective working relationships with SRA, MCGM/BMC, MHADA, Collector Office, Revenue Department, Fire Department, and other statutory authorities.
- Follow up on applications and approvals to ensure timely processing.
- Attend meetings with government officials and represent the company when required.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, surveyors, legal consultants, engineers, and project teams for approval-related documentation.
- Monitor approval status and resolve issues affecting project timelines.
- Assist management in obtaining clearances required for project launches and execution.
Documentation & Stakeholder Management
- Review and maintain all approval documents, correspondence, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with society members, cooperative housing societies, and project stakeholders wherever required.
- Ensure proper record keeping of approvals, permissions, and regulatory communications.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline. Engineering, Architecture, Law, or Urban Planning background preferred.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in liaisoning for SRA/MCGM and redevelopment projects in Mumbai.
- Strong understanding of SRA/BMC procedures, policies, and approval mechanisms.
- Experience dealing with SRA, MCGM/BMC, MHADA, and related authorities.
Key Skills
- Thorough knowledge of SRA/MCGM regulations and redevelopment processes.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
