JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, create, and manage content for the company's digital platforms.
- Design creative social media posts, banners, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Shoot and edit photos, videos, reels, and promotional content for social media.
- Develop and execute content calendars and posting schedules.
- Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Write engaging captions, content, and promotional copy.
- Update and maintain the company website with relevant content and information.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest strategies to improve reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with management to create branding and marketing campaigns.
ELIGIBILITY
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media management, or graphic design.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar design and video editing tools.
- Basic knowledge of website management and content updates.
- Strong communication and content-writing skills.
- Ability to independently plan, create, and execute digital content strategies.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Photography and videography skills.
- Creative thinking and visual storytelling.
- Understanding of social media trends and content marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT
