About the Role
Malgotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for confident, result-oriented, and enthusiastic Business Development Executives to support the expansion of Malgopay’s SOP (State Operation Partner) network.
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with interested leads, explaining the SOP business opportunity, conducting follow-ups, and assisting in onboarding potential State Operation Partners across different regions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, relationship management, business coordination, and conversion skills with the ability to interact professionally with prospective business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with interested and pre-qualified leads provided by the company
- Explain the SOP (State Operation Partner) business model and partnership opportunity to prospects
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with potential business partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners
- Follow up consistently with leads and support them throughout the onboarding process
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and onboarding targets
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions
- Coordinate with the management team regarding partner onboarding and business expansion strategies
- Support business growth initiatives and regional expansion activities
SOP (State Operation Partner) Model
- Opportunity to become a State Operation Partner with Malgopay
- Partners will work towards expanding Malgopay operations and business presence within assigned states or regions
- Long-term business growth and expansion opportunities available for eligible partners
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Handling, or Corporate Operations
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to handle meetings, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented startup environment
- Basic understanding of business communication and sales coordination
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates with startup or B2B sales exposure will be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and growth-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹70,000 per month
