At Chahal Enterprises, we are a growing baby care clothing brand offering thoughtfully designed, high-quality products for babies and kids under our labels CANDYHOUSE and LIL FLY. We sell through our own e-commerce website and leading online marketplaces such as First Cry, Myntra, Flipkart and Amazon.
We are looking for an E-commerce Executive – Catalogue & Merchandising to manage product listings, optimise our catalogue, and execute merchandising strategies across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the complete online product catalogue across different channels and marketplace platforms, ensuring accurate product information, images, pricing, variants, and attributes.
- Handle product listings on Amazon Seller Central, First Cry, Myntra including listing creation, bulk uploads, optimizations, and troubleshooting listing issues or errors.
- Coordinate with design, content, and data entry teams to ensure timely and accurate product updates.
- Execute effective merchandising strategies to improve product visibility, discoverability, and sales performance.
- Monitor and update pricing, offers, and promotions to remain competitive while aligning with brand guidelines.
- Track product performance and prepare regular reports on catalogue health, sales trends, listing status, and key KPIs.
- Identify and resolve catalogue-related issues such as incorrect content, missing images, suppressed listings, or pricing discrepancies.
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce catalogue management and merchandising Minimum 1 year.
- Candidates with Amazon Seller Central, Myntra, First Cry (listing management, optimization, troubleshooting) will be preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage timelines efficiently.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for catalogue tracking, bulk uploads, and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and suggest improvements.
Candidate who are willing to learn and have some basic knowledge will also be considered. Should have interest and passion for learning new things.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
