Job Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Briyosis Soft Caps Private Limited in Jarod Vadodara, Gujarat. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality. You will be responsible for conducting quality audits, analyzing data, and providing feedback to management. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and supervising quality assurance staff.
An exciting opportunity awaits in the Quality Assurance Manager (QA) department of a FDA registered and WHO-GMP certified company Jarod Vadodara.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Management of deviations, change controls, and market complaints.
Ø Handling of Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), and laboratory incidents.
Ø Management of environmental monitoring excursions.
Ø Investigation of deviations, OOS, OOT, laboratory incidents, and environmental monitoring excursions.
Ø Management of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
Ø Proficiency in drafting thorough investigation reports.
Ø Experience in In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) and Validation departments for injectable is a plus.
Ø Audit and compliance management.
Ø Developing and maintaining detailed standard operating procedures, batch manufacturing record, batch processing record & master formula record.
Ø Developing and maintaining all types of detailed documentations falling under pharma quality assurance, quality control, production, engineering & store departments.
Ø In depth knowledge of Pharmasuite software.
Ø Effectively use Microsoft word, Microsoft excel & email
Ø Timely closure of QMS elements through consistent follow-up.
Ø Exposure to regulatory audits like USFDA, MHRA, WHO, EU GMP, etc.
Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year
