Job Brief
We are looking for a strong and caring Head of Human Resources to lead our people function.
This role plays a key part in building a safe, compliant, and high-performing workplace across factories and offices.
You will work closely with senior leaders to support business growth, strengthen culture, and ensure all HR and labor practices meet industry and legal standards.

Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership
- Create and lead the HR strategy to support business growth
- Partner with the CEO and Plant Heads on people matters
- Build strong values, culture, and leadership across teams
Plant & Manufacturing HR
- Manage HR operations at factories, including shift manpower and contract labor
- Support safe, hygienic, and compliant work practices
- Plan workforce needs for production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain
Statutory Compliance & Industrial Relations
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws such as Factories Act, EPF, ESI, CLRA, Gratuity, POSH, and more
- Handle audits, inspections, and government interactions
- Manage grievances, discipline, and employee relations
Talent Management & Hiring
- Lead hiring for plant and corporate roles
- Build succession plans and leadership development programs
- Ensure smooth onboarding and effective training
Performance, Rewards & Engagement
- Drive performance management, KRAs, and goal setting
- Design fair pay, benefits, and incentive plans
- Improve employee engagement and retention
HR Operations & Systems
- Oversee payroll, HR systems, attendance, and leave management
- Set clear HR policies, SOPs, and governance processes
- Ensure accurate HR data and reporting
Qualifications
- MBA or MSW in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
- Certifications in labor laws or HR analytics are a plus
