Job Summary:
Nextspark Ventures LLP is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to support client acquisition, lead generation, business outreach, and sales coordination activities. The role is ideal for candidates interested in business growth, client relations, sales, networking, and startup operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up with potential leads and clients
- Conduct business outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with prospective clients and maintain relationship records
- Maintain reports, lead databases, and communication logs using Excel/CRM tools
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and business documents
- Support marketing, networking, and business expansion initiatives
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking, coordination, and relationship-building abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, internet research, and online communication tools
- Interest in business development, sales, networking, and marketing
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
