Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Civil Engineer with 2–5 years of experience who can manage on-site execution, coordinate with teams, and ensure quality work delivery within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site execution and supervise construction activities
- Ensure work is done as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal design teams
- Handle site measurements and material planning
- Prepare and manage BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and billing
- Monitor project timelines and report progress regularly
- Solve on-site challenges and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain safety and quality standards at the site
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
- Basic understanding of interior execution is a plus
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit is a bonus)
- Knowledge of BOQ, billing, and estimation
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude
Experience & Qualification
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2–5 years of relevant site experience
Salary
- ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
