Job Responsibilities
1. Act as the communication link between the India factory Quality Department and US sales team for two-way information alignment; fully accompany customers during factory tours and on-site audits, provide professional Q&A and on-site coordination.
2. Manage registration, filing and qualification maintenance of natural color products in India, organize compliance documentation, track regulatory updates and ensure full market access compliance of all products.
3. Oversee the entire process of factory internal audits, customer audits and third-party audits, including document preparation, on-site customer support, corrective action follow-up and audit report closure to guarantee smooth audit completion.
4. Provide quality and compliance technical support for the US sales team, assist with sample document handover and after-sales quality follow-up to support business development and customer retention.
Job Requirements
1. Major in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy or Food Testing; candidates with practical laboratory experience in chemical or pharmaceutical labs are preferred.
2. Familiar with Indian registration regulations for natural colors and food additives; prior experience in audit coordination and customer factory audit reception is preferred.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills, rigorous and accountable at work; capable of independently handling liaison, audit support and customer reception tasks.
4. Willing to relocate near the factory, if need to relocate, dormitory can be provided.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
