Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Remote (India)
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift – IST)
Compensation: ₹3–4 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
- Conduct sales consultations with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Update CRM records and maintain accurate sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or International Sales (EdTech experience preferred).
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in the US shift.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
