About the Role
Tricity Expert is looking for a professional and well-spoken Receptionist to manage front desk operations and ensure smooth communication between clients, visitors, and internal teams.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confident on calls, and capable of handling day-to-day administrative coordination without dropping the ball. Front desk is the first impression of a company - and first impressions either print money or burn opportunities. We need someone who understands that.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls professionally and route them to the concerned departments
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication
- Maintain basic office documentation and administrative tasks
- Ensure timely follow-ups with leads and inquiries
- Keep reception and waiting area organized and presentable
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Email handling)
- Professional attitude and presentable personality
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to manage calls and inquiries calmly under pressure
- Prior receptionist/front desk/customer support experience is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling customer interactions
- Basic understanding of CRM or lead management tools
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
