Job Summary
Design and develop Aircraft/Rail/Marine/Road interior products using CAD tools. The role involves concept and detailed design, Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks
- Perform part, assembly, sheet metal, surface, and drafting design
- Support ECR/ECO/DCN and design modification activities
- Develop concept and detailed designs for machined, sheet metal, plastic, and composite parts
- Work on assemblies/sub-assemblies (200–250 parts)
- Ensure compliance with OEM procedures, industry standards, and manufacturing feasibility
- Maintain design data in PLM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and international customers
- Identify and resolve design issues through structured problem-solving
- Prepare technical documentation using MS Office tools
Experience & Skills
- 3-6 years of mechanical design experience
- Strong hands-on experience in SolidWorks
- Experience in interior product design (Aircraft/Rail/Marine/Road)
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, and drafting standards
- Basic exposure to FMEA/DFMEA and tolerance stack-up analysis
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and feasibility
- Experience with PLM tools
- EV or aerospace cabin engineering experience is an added advantage
Qualifications
- B.Tech / mechanical, Aero space, Aeronautical

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
