Role Summary
We are hiring a Pre-Sales Solution Architect who leads client engagements from the front. This is a client-presence-first role — you will independently own discovery calls, stakeholder conversations, and proposal cycles without requiring a technical resource by your side. Over time, you will grow into handling CTO and CXO level conversations solo.
Key Responsibilities

Own and independently lead client calls — initial calls, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering discussions

Build and manage relationships with mid-to-senior client stakeholders — IT Heads, Product Managers, VPs, and progressively CTO/CXO level

Prepare and deliver error-free proposals, SOWs, estimations, and presentations end-to-end

Respond to RFPs and RFIs with structured, commercially sharp solution documents

Translate client business problems into clear solution narratives in collaboration with Engineering and Delivery teams

Read and present high-level architecture diagrams and technical workflows to clients — without needing to design them

Identify when to bring in a Technical Architect for deep solutioning and manage that handoff seamlessly

Work closely with the Sales/BD team throughout the deal cycle to drive closures

Position AI-driven and digital engineering capabilities confidently in client conversations and proposals
Must-Have Skills & Experience

8–15 years in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or client-facing IT roles

Exceptional spoken and written English — flawless grammar, zero errors in any client-facing communication

Proven ability to independently handle client calls without support from a technical resource

Strong experience in proposal writing, SOW creation, effort estimation, and RFP/RFI responses

Sound conceptual understanding of modern web technologies — frontend, backend, APIs, microservices, cloud, and databases

Ability to read, interpret, and present technical architecture diagrams confidently

Practical awareness of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI use cases — enough to position them in proposals and client conversations

Executive presence with the ambition and capability to grow into C-suite level client interactions
Good to Have

Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms at a conceptual level

Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or LangChain

Experience in enterprise digital transformation projects

Basic understanding of Python or Node.js at a reading level
