Hiring: Site Engineer – Commercial Interior Projects
Location: Bangalore Experience: 2–5 Years
Industry: Commercial Interior Fit-Out
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site execution of commercial interior projects.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Monitor quality, safety, and project timelines.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR) and maintain site documentation.
- Manage material planning, site measurements, and billing support.
- Resolve site-related issues to ensure timely project completion.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of false ceiling, drywall, flooring, carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Bangalore.
