ThinkTac is an experiential STEM learning organisation committed to transforming the way science and STEM education are experienced in classrooms across India. We work closely with schools, educators, and State Education Boards to make learning more engaging, hands-on, inquiry-driven, and meaningful for students.
At ThinkTac, we believe that science is best understood not through memorisation, but through exploration, experimentation, questioning, and real-world application. Our programmes are designed to help students build strong conceptual understanding while nurturing creativity, curiosity, critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Our experiential STEM solutions integrate seamlessly with existing school curricula and classroom practices. Our work has also been associated with the Raman Awards (RYSI Award) initiative, which promotes hands-on science learning, innovation, and scientific thinking among young learners across India.

As part of our commitment to strengthening STEM education, ThinkTac conducts teacher capacity-building workshops focused on experiential pedagogy, classroom engagement, concept simplification, and activity-based learning practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage school relationships
- Drive partnerships and revenue growth
- Present ThinkTac’s STEM solutions to schools
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Support programme implementation
Who Should Apply
Candidates with:
- 2–4 years of direct sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort with field engagement and consultative selling
