Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and site visits.
Meet prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
Present residential and commercial properties to clients.
Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, and channel partners.
Coordinate with banks for home loan assistance and with legal teams for documentation.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain customer records in CRM.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property prices.
Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
3–8 years of experience in real estate sales or property management.
Experience in team handling is an advantage.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
