Job Requirements
Role: Learning and Talent Partner
L&OD & ME:
Training Need Identification, curate, conceptualize, execute and review the programs for the region
Create L&D calendar.
IDP Deployment - mapping of initiatives for IDP fulfilment
Store specific interventions - design and deployment.
Partner, collaborate with corporate and Execute corporate led initiatives effectively.
TM:
Owner of TM initiatives like Talent Review Councils.
Talent Marketplace deployment and drive adoption
Curate and execute region specific talent programs, not limited to talent pipeline identification.
Support for High potential identification programs (YL, EL).
Updating & keeping track of people movements in accordance with career model.
Capability creation around steps of Performance Management cycle (Goal Labs, Calibration, Feedback etc.).
Region specific assessments for transitions/internal movements/gap analysis as L&D inputs .
Other common areas:
Process Evangelization for all L&OD and TM initiatives
Vendor interfacing for Learning & TM initiatives
Local Franchisee support for L&OD and TM related work - design of local offering in consultation with corporate teams as required
Work Experience
Education: MBA / Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources / Organizational Development / Business Administration (Preferred for roles in Talent and Learning Management)
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Humanities, Business, Psychology, or related fields preferred)
Experience: 2 to 6 years relevant
Certifications (Preferred but Optional):
- Learning & Development / Instructional Design Certification
- Talent Management / HR Analytics Certification
- Coaching or Leadership Development Certifications
