Titan Fitness is one of the leading fitness centres in Kharar, known for its energetic atmosphere, spacious gym floor, expert trainers, and member-first approach. We're looking for a confident and enthusiastic Reception cum Sales Executive to be the face of our gym and support our growing fitness community.
Key Responsibilities :
- Welcome and assist all gym visitors and members with professionalism and warmth
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address general inquiries
- Explain membership plans, offers, and benefits to potential clients
- Assist in driving sales, following up on leads, and handling renewals
- Maintain accurate member records and ensure the front desk is organized and clean
- Deliver an excellent customer experience from entry to exit
What We’re Looking For :
- Experience in front-desk operations or sales
- Previous experience in a gym/fitness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, data entry)
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and a passion for health & fitness
