Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses.
Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling targets.
Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
Requirements
Good verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Hindi; English communication is an advantage.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work responsibly as part of a team.
Pay: ₹5,886.29 - ₹15,372.39 per month
