About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Interior Site Supervisor/Project Manager – Residential Interiors to manage turnkey residential interior projects across Kolkata.
The role involves handling site execution, coordinating vendors and contractors, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining smooth coordination between the Design Team in Kolkata and our in-house modular manufacturing factory in Bangalore.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential interior execution, modular interiors, vendor coordination, and site management.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Site Management
- Manage end-to-end execution of residential interior and turnkey projects
- Ensure projects are executed as per approved designs, quality standards, and committed timelines
- Monitor daily site activities, installation progress, and execution schedules
- Ensure timely project completion and smooth site handovers
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, carpentry teams, electricians, plumbers, and installation partners
- Ensure site readiness, manpower planning, and material availability
- Monitor execution quality and vendor timelines
- Assist in billing verification and work order coordination
Coordination with Design & Factory Teams
- Work closely with the Design Team in Kolkata for drawing coordination and execution alignment
- Coordinate with the in-house Bangalore modular factory for production updates, dispatch schedules, and installation planning
- Ensure smooth communication between site, factory, procurement, and design teams
- Resolve execution-related issues proactively to avoid delays
BOQ, Budget & Quality Monitoring
- Support BOQ validation, quantity checks, and material tracking
- Monitor site-level costs, variations, and execution quality
- Ensure adherence to project standards and execution processes
- Minimize rework and material wastage
Client Coordination
- Act as a key coordination point during project execution
- Provide regular project updates to clients and internal teams
- Handle execution-related site coordination and escalation management professionally
- Ensure positive customer experience throughout project delivery
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in residential interior execution or turnkey interior projects
- Experience handling residential apartments, modular interiors, or fit-out projects
- Background in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of site execution, vendor coordination, BOQ handling, and project handovers
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in residential interior projects preferred
