Our AI can provide real-time assistance to help users respond to questions, communicate more effectively, negotiate, and handle conversations with clients.
We’re looking for UGC creators to help us introduce Flintalk to a wider audience through authentic, short-form social media content.
About the Role
We’re looking for US and UK-based UGC creators who are comfortable speaking on camera and creating short, engaging videos.
This is an ongoing campaign, not a one-time project. We’re looking for creators who can consistently produce approximately 20 videos per month.
You do not need professional UGC experience. Beginners and freshers are welcome.
What You’ll Do
- Create 30–40 second UGC-style videos based on scripts and creative frameworks we provide.
- Post the videos on a dedicated Instagram account created specifically for the campaign.
- Tag Flintalk’s official Instagram account in your posts.
- Follow our content guidelines and instructions.
- Experiment with different hooks, formats, and presentation styles.
- Consistently create content as part of the ongoing campaign.
Most videos are designed to be simple and quick to record. Other creators working with us typically spend around 10 minutes recording a video.
Payment
- $4 per approved video
- Approximately 20 videos per month
- Additional performance-based bonuses may be available based on views and content performance.
- Payments are made through Upwork.
We are also planning a separate USA/UK campaign with a different campaign structure. Creator feedback on rates and campaign requirements will help us design that campaign.
What We’re Looking For
You should:
- Be comfortable speaking naturally on camera.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be able to create engaging short-form content.
- Be comfortable following scripts and creative guidelines.
- Be reliable and able to consistently produce content.
- Have an Instagram account or be willing to create a new one specifically for the campaign.
No Experience Required
You do not need previous professional UGC experience.
