Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling international and domestic travel packages, handling customer inquiries, converting leads into sales, and providing excellent customer service throughout the booking process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls related to travel packages.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Sell international and domestic tour packages, flights, hotels, visas, and other travel services.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, itineraries, visa requirements, and travel policies.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide post-sales support when required.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and closing abilities.
- Knowledge of international destinations such as Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Europe, etc.
- Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience in Travel Sales.
- Experience in selling international holiday packages is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2C Travel Sales.
- Knowledge of visa processes and travel documentation.
- Familiarity with GDS systems and travel booking portals is an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
