- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce solutions with external systems and third-party applications.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including customization and configuration.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Salesforce applications.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment processes.
