Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, and other applicable laws.
- Manage Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings, including agenda preparation and minute drafting.
- Handle listing compliances, stock exchange filings, and regulatory submissions.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and secretarial documentation.
- Review legal documents, contracts, agreements, and coordinate with legal consultants.
- Support corporate governance initiatives and compliance audits.
- Liaise with Stock Exchanges, Depositories, RTA, MCA, and other regulatory authorities.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI Member) – Mandatory
- LL.B. Degree – Mandatory
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in Secretarial, Legal, or Compliance functions.
- Experience with a listed company or SME-listed entity preferred.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
- Strong drafting skills for resolutions, notices, minutes, and legal documents.
- Excellent documentation and compliance management skills.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Ability to coordinate with regulatory authorities and multiple stakeholders.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
