Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Villa Operations
Lead all aspects of luxury villa operations, ensuring exceptional standards of personalized hospitality.
Curate bespoke guest experiences based on individual preferences and cultural backgrounds.
Manage villa staff, including culinary, service and housekeeping team.
Ensure seamless coordination of daily operations while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and privacy.
Handle the guests with confidence and professionalism.
Food & Beverage Leadership
Design and oversee exceptional dining experiences featuring international and regional cuisines.
Curate seasonal farm-to-table menus using produce harvested from the estate.
Possess extensive knowledge of:
International cuisines
Fine dining service standards
Artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, and gourmet ingredients
Specialty coffee, tea, and wellness beverages
Collaborate with chefs to develop innovative culinary experiences
Maintain international standards in food safety, hygiene, and service excellence.
Farm-to-Table & Agriculture
Develop a close working relationship with the farming team.
Promote organic farming practices and communicate the property's sustainability story to guests.
Participate in planning seasonal harvesting, and kitchen gardens,
Organize immersive guest experiences such as:
Farm walks
Harvest experiences
Vineyard visits
Cooking classes
Garden-to-table dining
Nature and wellness activities
Team Leadership
Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing hospitality team.
Conduct regular training on luxury service standards, food and beverage knowledge, and guest engagement.
Foster a culture of warmth, humility, sustainability, and continuous learning.
Financial & Administrative Management
Manage operational budgets and cost controls.
Oversee procurement of premium food, beverages, and hospitality supplies.
Maintain inventory controls for food, beverages, and gourmet products.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Prepare operational reports and continuously improve guest satisfaction metrics.
Experience
Minimum 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with significant leadership experience in Food & Beverage.
Experience in luxury villas, boutique resorts, heritage hotels, or five-star hospitality brands.
Exposure to international hospitality standards and multicultural guest service.
Previous experience in remote luxury destinations is an advantage.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
