Description
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO / relevant training role
Flexible with rotational week-offs & shifts
Strong command over product & process to confidently interact with clients
Hands-on experience in handling NHT (New Hire Training) & OJT (On-the-Job Training)
Solid understanding of Training KPIs, TNI, TNA & performance metrics
