Gurugram, Haryana (Travel as per business requirements)
Job Purpose:
1. Project handling from controls point of view for entire project life cycle i.e. Electrical circuit design, PLC Programming in ladder & SCL language, implementation & testing.
2. Programming & application (Material handling) development on industrial Robots (KUKA, ABB).
3. Responsible for any new product development electrical design & development.
4. Basic mechanical knowledge.
5. Customer handling
6. Ready for travel.
7. Good Communication skill
Role Expectations:
- Hands on experience in PLC programming (Ladder & SCL) of SPM's
- Worked on Communications protocol RS232, RS485, TCP/IP, Profinet & Modbus TCP/IP.
- Basic Knowledge of C & C++ language.
- Worked on industrial Robots (ABB & KUKA) mostly material handling applications.
Reporting structure:
Role will report into Regional TL (South) and Sr. Manager-I&C
Interactions:
Internal Stakeholders: TL, controls engineer, I&C engineers in installation & commissioning team in Mobile Robots department.
External Stakeholders: plant head/project lead/TL at Customer site
II. PEOPLE SPECIFICATIONS
Profile:
Educational Qualifications:-Diploma /B.E. / B.Tech /M.tech ( Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics )
Experience: with 3-5 years of experience in Automation Engineer & project execution.
Requisites:
Hands on experience in automation application development, Siemens & Mitsubishi PLC programming & KUKA, ABB Robot Programming.
Competencies:
TECHNICAL COMPENTENCIES:
- PLC, SCADA Siemens, Mitsubishi programming (SCL, Ladder)
- Hands on experience in Industrial Robotic (ABB, KUKA) material handling applications.
- Electrical circuit design.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
