- Strong hands-on experience in Aerospike OR MongoDB (minimum 5–6 years on MongoDB preferred).
- Solid understanding of NoSQL data modeling, indexing, and query optimization.
- Deep expertise in:
- Replication & clustering architectures
- Performance tuning & benchmarking
- Backup & recovery mechanisms
- Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix systems administration (mandatory).
- Experience with large-scale database environments (TB to PB scale).
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus,).
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, , Jira) for incident and change management.
