Bharti Institute of Public Policy is actively seeking a motivated candidate for the position of Teaching Assistant-cum-Analyst (TAA). The Teaching Assistant-cum-Analyst (TAA) will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of the AMPPP program. Additionally, the incumbent will contribute to various research endeavours within the department, focusing on impactful policy research and analysis.
The successful candidate will carry out the following activities:
- Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact between faculty members and participants enrolled in the AMPPP program.
- Support faculty during classes by facilitating discussions, coordinating presentations, and managing course materials.
- Address participant inquiries and ensure a smooth flow of communication between faculty, participants, and administrative staff.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of course content and participant information with diligence and professionalism.
- Analyst Responsibilities:
- Contribute to research projects undertaken by the department, including data collection, analysis, and synthesis of findings.
- Assist in the preparation of case studies, policy briefs, and research reports based on rigorous data-driven analysis.
- Collaborate with other researchers, data scientists, and policy analysts to deliver high-quality outputs that inform policy decisions.
- Participate in departmental events, workshops, and training programs, providing logistical and content support as needed.
