Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Tender Freelancer who can identify relevant government and private tenders, prepare tender documentation, and successfully manage the end-to-end bidding process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with e-tendering portals and a strong understanding of tender compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant Government and Private tenders on various e-procurement portals.
- Analyze tender eligibility criteria and prepare bid strategies.
- Prepare, compile, and submit technical and commercial bid documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documents and certifications.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders before deadlines.
- Maintain records of submitted, awarded, and ongoing tenders.
- Track tender status and communicate updates regularly.
- Ensure compliance with all tender terms, conditions, and statutory requirements.
- Handle online tender submissions through portals such as GEM, CPP Portal, state e-tender portals, etc.
Pay: ₹15,727.20 - ₹60,000.00 per month
