We are seeking a customer-focused Front Office Assistant cum Telecaller.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Maintain visitor records and office files.
Telecalling Duties
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Answer incoming inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
Follow up on leads, appointments, and customer requests.
Maintain call records and update customer databases.
Qualification
High school diploma, plus two or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in reception, customer service, telecalling, or a similar role is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic computer and data entry skills.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
