Job Title: Receptionist Cum Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist Cum Telecaller to manage front desk operations while also handling outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Handle outbound calls to clients/customers for follow-ups, promotions, or inquiries
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback
- Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, telecaller, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Qualification:
- Minimum: High School / Graduate in any discipline

- Organizational and multitasking ability
- Basic computer proficiency
