Our charity is a nurse-led international charity registered in Switzerland and Australia, working to improve access to healthcare through innovative nurse-led care models, patient experience research, and global health partnerships. We are currently a primarily volunteer-led organisation with no dedicated operational budget.
We are seeking an experienced leader, ideally with a nursing or health background to serve as Volunteer CEO and lead the organisation through its next phase. This includes supporting strategic development, strengthening partnerships, overseeing governance, advancing key initiatives, and leading the process of obtaining UK charitable registration.
The successful candidate will have senior leadership experience, a strong commitment to health equity, and the ability to build relationships across the health, nonprofit, and philanthropic sectors. Experience in fundraising, grant development, or philanthropic engagement is highly desirable.
While this is currently an unpaid role, we welcome candidates with fundraising experience who can help secure sustainable funding. Subject to successful fundraising and Board approval, the role may transition to a paid position in the future.
