Business Development Manager (BDM)
Experience Required: 5-6 Years
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
- Develop strategies for sales
- Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
- Attending promotional events/ trainings of different OEM’s and always in touch with them on case 2 case basis
- Preparing sales contracts; following company rules and guidelines
- Maintain customer data for own products and for competitors’ products
- Visiting customers on a periodic manner and pitching products.
- Follow-up with prospective clients for demo, testing & technical discussions
- Collect customer feedback & maintain good relationships with the companies’ customers through regular Phone contact, e-mails or the personal contacts.
- Daily follow-up with clients for pending payments (or pdc’s) after discussing with operations and finance department)
- Daily meeting/coordination with operations for update on received orders till it get delivered.
- Weekly mailers on products through mail and WhatsApp.
- Daily & weekly reporting to HOD
- Cold Calling on daily basis for fixing meetings & then follow ups.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Help management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions & discounts.
- Weekly Review their own performance and aim to achieve or exceeding their targets.
Requisites:
He should have good Email and Microsoft Excel skills
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines with good communication skills.
Candidate should have excellent communication skills, personality, and passion to perform in Marketing and sales function.
