Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and technically capable Solar Site Supervisor to oversee solar project site activities, coordinate technicians, prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits to assess site conditions, understand project requirements, and monitor installation progress.
- Prepare accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) based on site requirements, and project specifications.
- Plan and coordinate day to day solar installation and site activities.
- Supervise and manage on site technicians and installation teams.
- Coordinate with in site technicians to ensure smooth project execution.
- Allocate work to technicians and monitor their productivity and performance.
- Ensure solar installation work is carried out according to approved designs, technical standards, and company procedures.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
- Identify site level issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Check the quality of installation, wiring, mounting structures, panels, inverters, and other solar system components.
- Ensure compliance with electrical and workplace safety procedures at project sites.
- Maintain site records, installation reports, material requirements, and daily progress updates.
- Coordinate material requirements and communicate shortages or additional requirements to the concerned team.
- Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover of solar projects.
- Report project progress, technical issues, delays, and site requirements to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to prepare and verify BOMs and material requirements.
- Good team management and technician coordination skills.
- Strong problem solving and site management abilities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
