We are hiring for the position of Factory Supervisor
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the general operations of warehouse & production processes.
- Addressing production issues, equipment malfunctions, and other challenges.
- Monitor stainless steel processing parameters to ensure products match required specifications (like grade, thickness, and finish).
- Monitoring product quality and ensuring adherence to standards. Managing Inventory and dispatch process.
- Effectively communicating with workers, management, and other departments.
- Maintaining accurate records of production data, employee information, and other relevant information.
- Managing a team of workers.
- Maintaining safety standards.
- Tracking inventory movement and managing stock replenishment.
Qualification & Skills Required:
- Associate degree or higher level of education.
- 3 years proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of the industry and relevant health and safety regulations.
- Leadership and team building skills to effectively supervise teams.
- Ability to make decisions fast, strong problem-solving skills.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate manual and automated production equipment’s.
