Job Description
- Preparation of civil work estimates as per drawings and site requirements.
- Preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity calculations.
- Making billing for civil works such as contractor bills, running bills, and final bills.
- Data entry and record maintenance of project documents and bills.
- Preparing Excel sheets for material consumption, measurements, and cost analysis.
- Assisting engineers in tender documentation and estimation work.
- Maintaining daily work reports, invoices, and purchase records.
- Coordination with site engineers and accounts department for billing and payments.
- Preparing letters, reports, and official documents in MS Word.
- Handling office computer work including MS Excel, Word, and basic project documentation.
Skills
- MS Excel, MS Word, basic AutoCAD knowledge (if required)
- Quantity takeoff and estimation knowledge
- Billing and documentation management
- Good record keeping and office coordination
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
