Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambhar, chutneys, curries, biryanis, and regional specialties.
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation of all dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
- Monitor food stock levels and inform supervisors about shortages.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and ingredients.
- Follow standard recipes and hotel food safety procedures.
- Assist in menu planning and introducing new South Indian dishes.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control measures.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations during buffet and à la carte service.
- Ensure timely preparation and service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations.
- Maintain kitchen equipment properly and report any maintenance issues.
- Follow grooming standards and safety regulations at all times.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
