Job Description:
Skilled insurance specialist to join our Premium & Billing team to handle the Premium Processing / Premium Suspense / Workflow Query / Email Query / Reports / Payments activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update project documents, schedules, and trackers.
- Support financial transactions related to payments.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely updates.
- Track risks, issues, and changes in the project.
- Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of project management.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in U.S Insurance preferable life and annuity experience.
- Premium Processing, Finance and Accounts, Suspense Accounts, and Suspense Reconciliation.
- Preferably commerce graduate
