Job Summary
Ikon Organic Private Limited is looking for a responsible and organized Supervisor to oversee stock management, material movement, production-area inspections, and daily record keeping. The candidate will ensure that incoming and outgoing materials are properly recorded and that production activities and the work area are maintained efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
* Make regular entries in stock registers and log books.
* Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excesses, or discrepancies to management.
* Supervise and inspect the production area on a daily basis.
* Check that production activities are being carried out properly and according to company procedures.
* Maintain records related to production, material usage, and stock movement.
* Coordinate with production and store teams for smooth movement of materials.
* Verify physical stock against records and report any mismatch.
* Perform other supervisory and record-keeping duties assigned by management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* *Graduate in any discipline*.
* Good *computer knowledge* and basic proficiency in MS Excel/Word.
* Good understanding of data entry and maintaining records.
* Basic knowledge of inventory/stock management.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures.
* Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
* Previous experience in a food manufacturing, spices, flour, FMCG, production, or warehouse environment will be an advantage.
