We are looking for a Field Sales & Marketing Representative who will be managing on-ground business development in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, proactive in generating new opportunities, and skilled at managing offline sales channels.
- Location: Kolkata (On-site)
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Role Type: Full-time
- Starting Salary: 30,000 + Commission on Sales + P/F Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit corporates, schools & universities, financial institutions to promote products and onboard clients.
- Schedule and attend meetings; maintain strong client relationships.
- Share product catalogues, quotations, and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain visit logs, follow-ups, and sales reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing/Business preferred).
- 3 years’ experience in field sales or B2B marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Confident, professional, and goal-oriented.
- A person with a two wheeler available is preferred for travelling purposes.

We need a candidate who is enthusiastic and ready to convert conversation into sales. The candidate can earn upto 5 lakhs through commission opportunity.
