Job Title: FDM 3D Printer Operator
Location: Dahisar East
Experience: 1-3 Years
Salary: As per company standards
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor FDM 3D printers to ensure smooth production.
- Prepare and load printing materials such as PLA, ABS, PETG, and other filaments.
- Set up print jobs and adjust printer settings as per production requirements.
- Perform printer calibration, bed leveling, and routine maintenance.
- Inspect printed parts for quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot printing issues and minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain production records and machine logs.
- Follow safety and quality standards during operations.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience operating FDM/3D printers.
- Knowledge of 3D printing processes and filament materials.
- Familiarity with slicing software such as Cura or similar tools.
- Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in additive manufacturing or rapid prototyping.
- Understanding of technical drawings and quality inspection procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
