*Job Summary:*
The Accounts Data Entry Executive is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining accounting and financial data in the company's software and Excel sheets. The role requires good knowledge of MS Excel, attention to detail, and the ability to handle financial records efficiently.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- * Maintain records of invoices, bills, vouchers, and payments.
- * Prepare and update Excel reports and spreadsheets.
- * Verify financial data for accuracy and completeness.
- * Assist in bank reconciliation and account record maintenance.
- * Organize and maintain digital and physical accounting documents.
- * Ensure confidentiality of financial information.
- * Perform data validation and resolve discrepancies.
*Required Skills:*
- * Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas preferred).
- * Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- * Accurate typing and data entry skills.
- * Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- * Good organizational and communication skills.
*Qualifications:*
* 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Data Entry, Accounting, or Back Office Operations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
