Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Electromechanical Engineer to design, develop, and integrate mechanical and electrical systems for embedded and industrial applications. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of electronics, mechanical design, and system integration, especially in areas like IoT devices, smart systems, or industrial automation.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and test mechanical components (CAD modeling, prototyping, validation).
· Design and develop electromechanical systems including enclosures, PCB integration, and wiring.
· Integrate sensors, actuators, relays, and power systems.
· Perform debugging, testing, and validation of hardware systems.
· Ensure designs meet manufacturing and reliability standards.
· Support PCB layout review and mechanical-electrical compatibility.
· Create technical documentation (BOM, schematics, test reports).
Required Skills
· Mechanical:
· CAD tools (SolidWorks / Catia / AutoCAD)
· Enclosure design (plastic, sheet metal)
· Thermal and structural considerations
· Prototyping (3D printing, machining basics)
· Electrical / Electronics(optional):
· Basic understanding in Embedded systems (ESP32, STM32, nRF52840, etc.)
· Basic understanding in Circuit design (analog + digital)
· Power electronics (AC-DC, DC-DC, battery management)
· PCB design tools (KiCad / Altium / Eagle)
· Other:
· Basic firmware understanding (C/C++ for embedded)
· Problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with Plastic Body Cad design.
· Knowledge of different type of testing for plastic body.
· Experience in mass production / DFM / DFA
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
Nice to Have
· Experience with low-power system design
· Knowledge of industrial protocols or PLC systems
· Experience working on battery-powered products
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
